Doegan AI Calendar Read Only is a private calendar tool operated by Wes Dillehay for his own use within Doegan/BusinessOS.

With the account owner’s authorization, it reads Google Calendar information to answer questions about upcoming events. It uses Google’s calendar.readonly permission. This connection cannot create, change, or delete calendar events and does not access Google Tasks.

The current app reads the authorized account’s primary calendar, covering approximately one day before a request through 30 days afterward. Check important dates and details directly in Google Calendar.

The verified calendar-answering component uses local rules. Data handling by connected interfaces, including Open WebUI, has not been fully verified. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

Access requires the owner’s Google authorization. Publishing this information page does not make calendar contents public.

Information accessed and used

With your authorization, the app reads Google Calendar event records to answer calendar questions. The current implementation reads your primary calendar and uses event titles, start and end times, locations, and identifiers. Google may return additional event metadata.

The application returns calendar data and a prepared answer to the requesting interface. The response can contain events from the full retrieval window, beyond those mentioned in the answer.

Storage and retention

The app stores its Google authorization token in a local file on the operator’s computer, in a folder with restricted Windows access. The token allows continued access without signing in for every question.

The verified calendar connector processes event results in memory and does not itself save those results. The question-handling system records submitted question text, timestamps, and routing information in diagnostic logs and an audit database.

No automatic deletion schedule was identified in these components. Token removal and record deletion require operator action. Retention in backups, browsers, or connected interfaces has not been fully verified.

AI services and other recipients

The verified calendar-answering path uses local rules and contains no external AI-model call. It returns results to the requesting interface.

Any onward transmission through Open WebUI or another AI interface—including provider identity, transmitted fields, retention, and model-training use—has not yet been verified. We cannot currently promise that every connected interface keeps calendar data local or excludes it from provider retention or training.

Your choices

You can stop future Google access by removing the app’s connection at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation does not automatically delete previously retained logs or copies.

This policy describes the calendar app. The hosting website’s separate browsing-data practices have not been assessed as part of this review.

Authorized use

Use the app only with a Google account and calendar information you are authorized to access. Do not share authorization tokens or use the app to bypass access restrictions.

The app provides read-only calendar information. This connection does not create, edit, or delete calendar events or access Google Tasks.

Answers and availability

Calendar answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. The current retrieval window is approximately one day before a request through 30 days afterward. Check important dates, times, and details directly in Google Calendar.

Availability depends on Google authorization, network connectivity, and the app’s operating environment. Authorization can expire or be revoked. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Privacy and ending access

Review the Privacy Policy on this page, including its stated limits concerning connected AI services and retention.

You may stop using the app and revoke its access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation does not automatically erase previously retained records.
